The building had been subdivided and used as multi-tenanted offices in the past and left in an unloved condition. NVDC's proposal was, therefore, to strip out all non-original alterations and restore the building’s original features while carrying out minimal internal alterations to create a series of wonderful flexible working spaces while meeting the stringent demands of Historic Scotland.
The building’s sensitive, painstaking, and thoughtful restoration combined with careful strategic alterations is a reflection of the core values that CSUR apply in their work on a daily basis.
